Born in Baltimore and now a proud Los Angeles resident for the past ten years, Tikva Braum has dedicated her life to meaningful Jewish education and community development. She works passionately with Olami West, guiding young adults as they explore Judaism, build confidence, and form lifelong relationships.

In addition to her work with students, Tikva plays an integral role in the organization’s administration. She helps arrange trips, programs, and large-scale events, and supervises many of the day-to-day operations that keep Olami West running smoothly. Her leadership behind the scenes allows the organization to grow, thrive, and continually serve its students with care and professionalism.

Tikva is known for her warm approach, her ability to connect people, and her commitment to elevating every person she works with. Her mission is simple: to help every student feel seen, supported, and inspired to become their best self.
